OLUWOLE KOYA – Educated at Loyola College, Ibadan for his O’Level (1980), University of Ife with a B.Sc. in Demography and Statistics (1985), the University of Ibadan with an LL.B (1989) and the Nigerian Law School (1990). He trained with the Law Firm of Ayanlaja Adesanya & Co. a leading commercial law practice based in Lagos with specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law and Litigation.  A founding Partner of the Firm of Koya & Kuti, a commercial law practice based in Lagos and currently heading the Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group of the Firm.  The Firm is affiliated with the International Business Law Consortium based in Salzburg, Austria.  He is licensed as a Capital Market Solicitor by the Securities and Exchange Commission since 1998 and has been involved in several private capital raising and capital market transactions.

He is a professional member of International Bar Association, Section Member Private Investment Funds; Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria and the Nigeria Bar Association, Section Member, Business Law and currently sits as Director on the Board of several corporate and business enterprises.
