She has worked directly on and supervised projects relating to Statutory and Industry/Deal related Due Diligence. Clients represented include reputable names in the Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance business sectors. She has also been involved in several Multi-Jurisdictional Financial transactions including the Agreement for the Depot Upgrade, Operations, Management and Maintenance of the Terminals for the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited in the Republic of Ghana.
