OLUJIDE KUTI – Educated at the Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio, United States of America with Bachelors of Arts Degree in Pre-Law (Political Science), University of Ibadan with an LL.B and the Nigerian Law School.  Called to Nigerian Bar in 1990 and became in 1994, a founding Partner of the firm of Koya & Kuti Solicitors which is based in Lagos with an affiliation with the International Business Law Consortium based in Salzburg, Austria.  He currently heads the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Group of the Firm and has attended several Arbitration conferences both within and outside Nigeria.  He is also a practicing domestic and international Arbitrator.  He has successfully facilitated and acted as Counsel and Arbitrator in the resolution of disputes through Arbitration and other known means of Alternative Dispute Resolution within and outside Nigeria.  

He has attended several conferences, trainings and courses on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution among which are the 2011 Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, 2014 Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, 2016 Annual Conference of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,  An Introduction to Mediation Advocacy organized by the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse in 2018, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accelerated Fellowship Programme, Investment Treaty Law and Arbitration organized by the Africa International Legal Awareness, 8 Module Course on Introduction to Construction Law and Dispute Resolution.
